Cobbler
Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. flour, salt, 2 c. sugar and 2 c. peaches or other fruit, fresh or canned and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix fruit with 1 cup of the sugar.
Melt butter in the dish you will bake the cobbler.
Blend remaining cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Pour over the melted butter.
Do not stir! Put fruit on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
The batter rises during baking.
