Coated Pecans
Coated Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pecans, 1 egg white, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar and vanilla. Pour pecans into mixture and stir real good.
Take out and put on greased cookie sheet.
Do not touch on cookie sheet.
Bake 30 minutes at 250Β°.
Turn off oven and leave in for 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
