Coated Coconut Candy
Coated Coconut Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 boxes confectioners sugar, 14 oz. flaked coconut, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar and coconut together.
Melt butter and cool.
Add vanilla and milk.
Pour over sugar and coconut.
Shape into balls. Place in refrigerator 1 hour.
Melt 1 box of unsweetened Baker's chocolate with 1/3 block paraffin.
Dip balls into chocolate, using a toothpick.
Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
