Coach Taylor'S Favorite Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 chicken breasts, 2 boxes cooked, chopped broccoli, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Strip chicken into bite size pieces.
Place pieces of cooked chicken in oblong cake pan.
Place broccoli on top of chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise together.
Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Mix dressing according to package directions using broth from cooked chicken instead of water.
Add sage and pecans to dressing. Place dressing on top of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
