Club Chicken Casserole
Club Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 14 1/2 oz. evaporated milk, 1 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine in large saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Add evaporated milk, chicken broth and water.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add rice, chicken and remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour into greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until heated through completely.
If desired, top with 1/4 cup slivered almonds. Serves 8 to 10.
