Cloud Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites (room temperature), 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheets and put into oven.
Turn off oven and leave overnight to dry out.
Remove from cookie sheets next day.
