Cloud Biscuits
Cloud Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 egg, beaten and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl; mix well.
Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead dough 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 450Β°.
