Claudette Macaroni
Claudette Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, 2 lb. cheddar cheese, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 sticks margarine and 1 (2 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil macaroni.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish add beaten eggs and
Cheddar cheese in cubes, then add 2 sticks of margarine and black pepper to taste.
When macaroni is done, drain add milk.
Pour into dish and stir until thick.
Slice the other pound of cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes until bubbly and brown.
