Classic Squash Casserole
Classic Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh squach, sliced, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash about 5 minutes.
Drain.
Combine squash, onion, green pepper and rice.
Blend eggs, soup, milk and mayonnaise. Stir into squash mixture.
Stir in part of cheese but reserve some and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
