Classic Pecan Pie
Classic Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. light or dark corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
If pie crust edges start to burn, cover with foil until filling is done.
