Classic Pecan Pie
Classic Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pet-ritz deep dish frozen pie crust, 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light or dark corn syrup and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; stir until well blended.
Stir in pecans. Pour into frozen pie crust.
Bake on a preheated baking sheet 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes 8 servings.
