Classic Pecan Pie
Classic Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. karo syrup (light or dark), 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven on a preheated baking sheet for 50 to 53 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.
Let pie cool for a while.
