Classic Lasagna
Classic Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c ricotta cheese, 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs and 1 lb ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, 1/2 c parmesan and eggs.
Brown beef, drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
In each of two 11 x 7 x 1-inch pans, layer 1 c sauce mixture, 2 noodles and 1 1/4 c cheese mixture.
Repeat layers, top with remaining noodles, sauce mixture and parmesan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let stand for for a few minutes before serving.
