In medium bowl, combine beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of onions.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Top with remaining onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
