Clams Oregano
Clams Oregano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 tbsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. tabasco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute the chopped onion and pepper in the butter until soft. Add rest of ingredients, including clams with their juice; mix well.
Spread in shallow oven-proof dish (a quiche dish or pie plate works well).
