Clam Walnut Roll

Made with 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat together softened cream cheese and drained minced clams. Blend in lemon juice, chopped onion, salt and garlic salt.
Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped walnuts.
Chill.
Turn out onto waxed paper.
Shape into 2 rolls similar to a stick of butter.
Roll in remaining chopped walnuts.
Serve with crackers.
