Clam Quiche
Clam Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 regular pie shells or 1 deep dish, 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 (15 oz.) can snow's clam chowder, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake pie shell at 400° for 8 minutes and remove.
Reduce oven to 325°.
Combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, flakes and pepper.
Pour in shell.
Add cheese.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before serving.
