Made with large clams, chopped, drained and liquid saved (put enough into food processor to equal 1 c. clams), 1 egg, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. paul prudhomme's seafood magic and 1/2 to 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix to consistency of hush puppy mix.
Use saved liquid if needed.
