Clam Dip
Clam Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 can minced clams, 1 medium onion, grated and juice of half a lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften cheese (I use a little mayonnaise and some of the clam juice for desired consistency).
Add clams and onions. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove and let it be almost at room temperature.
Serve with crackers.
(I prefer Sociables or Ritz.)
