Clam Dip
Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams (with their water), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 stick butter, 1/2 green pepper and 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute clams with water and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Saute butter, green pepper, onion, garlic, cayenne, oregano and parsley for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs.
Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
