Clam Dip
Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 cans minced clams (6 oz. cans undrained), 1 tsp. lemon juice and garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Add spices, clams, lemon and garlic.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes; don't let all juice evaporate.
Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Layer clam mixture in a casserole, alternating layers with Mozzarella.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or 5 minutes on High in a microwave.
