Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. celery, 1 c. onions, 1 c. potatoes, cubed and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In 6-quart pot or saucepan combine butter, onion and celery; saute until light brown.
Add flour.
Continue stirring.
Add water and clam sauce.
Add potatoes.
Add milk, bay leaf and clams.
Add black pepper.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
