Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 potatoes, diced and cooked, 1 small onion, chopped, 3 c. milk, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 small can minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine potatoes, onion, milk and butter in saucepan.
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Add clams (including juice).
Remove small amount of liquid and add a tablespoon of cornstarch.
Mix well.
Pour back into saucepan and stir.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Repeat until desired thickness is reached.
