Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 c. hot water, 4 slices bacon, 1/3 c. onion and 1/3 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Fry bacon.
Use bacon grease and add onion, butter and flour.
Stir milk into bouillon mix, then slowly add bacon, onion, butter and flour mixture.
Add chopped up bacon, clams and broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Simmer and cook for 1/2 hour.
