Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. 5 oz. clams, 1 c. chopped onions, 4 to 5 c. diced potatoes, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain and save juice from clams; put juice in 2-cup measuring cup.
Fill with water to make 2 cups liquid.
Fry bacon until crisp (chopped); set aside.
Cook potatoes, chopped onions and spices in 2 cups of liquid; when potatoes are done, add margarine, flour, milk, bacon and clams.
