Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 medium potatoes, 1 qt. water (approximate), salt to taste, 6 to 8 clams, chopped and 1/2 c. diced country ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dice potatoes and onion in small pieces.
Place in saucepan with salt, pepper, ham and water to cook until potatoes are tender.
Mix corn meal with water so that mixture is thick.
Add to cooking ingredients; cook until desired consistency.
Add clams; cook approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
