Made with 1 c. green bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. onion, chopped, 3 boxes crushed uneeda crackers, 1 tsp. tabasco pepper sauce and 3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams (reserve juice from 2 of the cans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
