Claire's Chicken 'n' Dressing Casserole
Claire'S Chicken 'N' Dressing Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. crumbled cornbread, 1 stick butter, 2 c. chicken broth, 2 1/2 c. chopped chicken and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix first 3 ingredients well and put half into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients and add to cornbread in dish. Top with remaining cornbread mixture.
Beat the eggs and add milk to make 1 cup.
Pour over the top of the casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Right before baking, add the mushroom soup.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
