Cinnamon Walnut Bread
Cinnamon Walnut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla; blend well.
Add to flour mixture and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in 1 cup walnuts. Spoon into greased pan.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Cool in pan about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
