Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. yeast, 2 c. warm water, 2 eggs or egg beaters, 1 stick margarine or butter and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the yeast, 2 cups of warm water and 3/4 cup sugar.
Let sit 5 to 10 minutes until bubbles appear.
Add eggs and margarine. Add enough flour to make a medium dough.
Cover with Saran Wrap. Let rise until doubles in bulk, then divide into 2 balls.
Roll each one out into a rectangle about 1/4 x 3-inches thick.
Spread with melted margarine.
Sprinkle on sugar-cinnamon and raisins. Roll up like jelly roll.
Cut into 2-inch pieces.
Place, cut side down, on buttered cookie sheet close together.
Brush on melted butter and let rise until doubles.
Bake at 400Β°. Remove from oven.
Glaze while warm with powdered sugar, vanilla and water.
