Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. milk and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Grease pan with butter or oil.

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Combine milk, water and butter in a saucepan.

Heat over low heat until liquid is very warm (120° to 130°).

Butter doesn't need to melt.

Gradually add dry ingredients and beat two minutes at medium speed of electric mixer or use hands.

Add eggs and 3/4 cup of flour.

Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough.

Turn out onto table and cover the dough with butter.

Add sugar and cinnamon.

Roll the dough up and cut into slices.

Put into greased pan.

Cover with hot towel and let rise.

Bake at 350° until done.

Serve hot or warm.
