Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 2 tsp. salt or less, 1 pkg. yeast*, 2 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
*Have ready-yeast which has been dissolved in 1 cup warm water. Heat shortening, sugar, salt and water to melt shortening.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add eggs and yeast mixture.
Stir in flour and knead well.
Let raise, mix down once.
Roll to scant 1/2-inch thick. Spread with melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture to taste. Roll up and cut 1/2-inch thick.
Let raise.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
