Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 4 1/2 tbsp. shortening, 1/2 c. softened butter, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix shortening with flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and blend well.
Fold until dough leaves sides of bowl. Put onto lightly floured surface and knead 4 to 6 strokes.
Roll into rectangle shapes.
Spread butter over dough, leaving a narrow margarine on all sides.
Combine sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon (all of this must be combined in a different bowl).
Sprinkle over butter.
Add raisins.
