Cinnamon Rolls

Combine yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and warm water; set aside.
Scald milk; stir in margarine and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add eggs, salt and 2 cups flour; beat thoroughly.
Add dissolved yeast and remaining flour.
Beat 5 minutes.
Cover and let set in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.
