Cinnamon Puffs
Cinnamon Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. buttermilk baking mix, 1/4 c. milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. butter, soft, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place paper liners in 7 (6 ounce) custard cups.
Arrange cups in circle on 12-inch plate.
Mix baking mix, milk, egg, sugar, butter and nutmeg.
Stir until smooth.
Fill cups 1/2 full. Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes (tops spring back when touched lightly).
Remove puffs.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dip tops of puffs into melted butter, then into cinnamon-sugar mixture.
