Cinnamon Pound Cake
Cinnamon Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil (wesson), 3 eggs and 3 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together all ingredients except the brown sugar and cinnamon.
In separate container, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
Grease flour Bundt cake pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 of brown sugar-cinnamon mix in bottom of cake pan.
Pour 1/2 of batter brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Sprinkle 1/3 more brown sugar-cinnamon mixture on batter.
Pour remaining cake batter in pan with remaining brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and 35 minutes at 325°.
