Cinnamon Pound Cake
Cinnamon Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil (wesson), 3 eggs and 3 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together all ingredients except the brown sugar and cinnamon.
In separate container, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
Grease flour Bundt cake pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 of brown sugar-cinnamon mix in bottom of cake pan.
Pour 1/2 of batter brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Sprinkle 1/3 more brown sugar-cinnamon mixture on batter.
Pour remaining cake batter in pan with remaining brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and 35 minutes at 325°.
