Cinnamon Pickles
Cinnamon Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 gal. cucumbers, peeled and seeded, 8 1/2 qt. water, 2 c. lime, 1 c. vinegar and 1/2 oz. red food color, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak cucumbers, water and lime for 24 hours, then drain and soak in ice cold water for 3 hours.
Drain again.
Add cucumbers and add water to cover top.
Heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Soak for 2 hours.
Drain.
Throw away mixture.
