Cinnamon Pickles
Cinnamon Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. large cukes, peeled, cored and sliced, 2 c. lime, 8 1/2 qt. water, 1 c. vinegar and 1 oz. red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring the ingredients to a boil; add cukes and let set overnight.
Bring to a boil again.
Let set to room temperature. Bring to a boil again, put in jars and seal.
Makes about 10 pints.
