Cinnamon Pecans
Cinnamon Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg whites, 1 tbsp. water, 2 c. pecan halves, 1/2 c. sugar and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg white and water together slightly with a fork.
Coat pecan halves well with egg mixture.
Mix all other ingredients well and stir into nuts, coating well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300Β° on large cookie sheet.
Stir occasionally while cooking. Separate and cool on wax paper.
After these have cooled, store in dry airtight container.
