Cinnamon-Pear Crumble
Cinnamon-Pear Crumble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 ripe pears, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Peel and slice pears.
Toss with next 4 ingredients.
In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and egg.
Place pears in 9-inch square baking dish.
