Cinnamon Ornaments is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bottle (4.12 oz.) ground cinnamon (about 1 c.) and 3/4 c. applesauce to form a stiff dough, adding additional applesauce if necessary, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

No baking and simple for kids!
Combine the cinnamon and applesauce.
Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut with cookie cutters.
Make hole for ribbon.
Carefully place on wire rack to dry.
Let air dry several days, turning over occasionally. Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
