Cinnamon Ornaments
Cinnamon Ornaments is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cinnamon, 1 tsp. powdered alum and 1/4 to 1/2 c. applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cinnamon and alum.
Gradually add applesauce until the mixture becomes crumbly, not sticky.
Knead vigorously for about 5 minutes.
Mixture should be pliable.
Roll out to 1/4-inch and cut with cookie cutters of desired shapes.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet and allow to dry for 3 days, turning 5 times a day.
