Cinnamon Granola
Cinnamon Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. rolled oats, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1/2 c. bran, 2 tbsp. cinnamon and 3/4 c. canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir all ingredients and bake in low temperature oven for approximately 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
Stir every 5 minutes during baking as it can scorch easily.
Take out of oven and add 1 cup each of your choice: raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds or any of your other favorites!
Cool and eat.
