Cinnamon Flop
Cinnamon Flop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten, 2 1/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix melted margarine with sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift flour with baking powder; add alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Spread mixture in well buttered 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
