Cinnamon Delights
Cinnamon Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks and 2 loaves white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together first four ingredients until creamy.
Trim edges off bread (square bread works best).
Spread cream cheese mixture on bread slices.
Roll up bread (jelly roll fashion).
Brush with melted butter.
Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 375°. This recipe is great to make and freeze the roll-up.
Take out desired amount and place frozen on the cookie sheet in the oven.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
