Cinnamon Cream Syrup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In small saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon.
Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk.
Serve warm over crepes, pancakes or waffles.
Makes 1 2/3 cups syrup.
