Cinnamon Carrot Muffins
Cinnamon Carrot Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. bran flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
Mix cereal and milk in another bowl; let stand 3 minutes.
Stir in carrots, raisins, sugar, oil and egg. Add to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Spoon batter into muffin pan which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
