Cinnamon Candy Salad
Cinnamon Candy Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. red cinnamon candy (6 oz.), 3 c. water, 2 c. chopped celery, 2 c. pared chopped apple* and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place candy and 1 cup water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until candy is dissolved.
Add 2 cups water and dash of salt. Pour over gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Turn into mold.
Can be prepared ahead of time.
