Cinnamon Candy Popcorn
Cinnamon Candy Popcorn is an easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. plain popped popcorn, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 (9 oz.) pkg. red hot candies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup and candies.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.
Turn into 2 greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from pans and place on waxed paper to cool.
Break apart and store in airtight containers or plastic containers.
Yields 8 quarts.
